The PTP protocol is an open source protocol that supports a wide array of cameras, including many Sony cameras. We are working on integrating PTP control in Shutter Stream and may release a version of Shutter Stream, with PTP support, by the end of 2021. The PTP protocol will support a wide range of Sony cameras via a USB connection. However, there will be limitations to the amount of control available via PTP. In some cases live view may not be available or camera control will be very limited. Contact us for more information.
