Problem: I want to transfer my software to another computer.

Solution: Install the software on the new computer and then activate it.

Step-by-step guide (if you have an active maintenance agreement)

*All software purchases include 1-year free technical support and software upgrades

  1. Install the software on the new computer (you can use the original download links sent at the time you purchased or email support@iconasys.com to request the download links)
  2. Register the software on the new computer. Instructions for registering the software can be found HERE.
  3. We will send you the license file (typically this is done within 24 hours. Feel free to email support@iconasys.com if you have an expedited request).
  4. Import the license file in the software from instructions in email with license file.
  5. After License Transfer, we will remotely deactivate the old license.

Step-by-step guide (if you're outside of your active maintenance agreement)

*All software purchases include 1-year free technical support and software upgrades

  1. Upgrade Maintenance Agreement
    For ShutterStream and ShutterStream360 software, upgrade HERE.  (If you purchased ShutterStream360 or ShutterStream360-Captureless software, upgrading your maintenance agreement also upgrades the 360 Product View Creator software)
    For 360 Product View Creator software (if purchased as standalone), upgrade HERE.
  2. Pay the one-time License Transfer fee (This does not include software updates or technical support beyond license transfer), purchase one-time License Transfer HERE.
  3. After completing Step 1, see the instructions above in blue "Step-by-step guide (if you have an active maintenance agreement)"


If you'd like to install the software on more than one computer, you can purchase an additional license. This comes at a discounted price from the standard price.  Purchase HERE.

With a 2nd computer license purchased, send us the serial number from the second computer and we'll send the 2nd license file.
