  1. Detach the controller box from the turntable body via (4) screws.
  2. Disconnect all 5 wire connectors

  3. Remove the old PCB. Keep plastic risers.
  4. Check the that power is properly set.  Black wire should be towards the center of the board and red wire should be towards the edge of the board.  If power is not properly set, flip the connector by prying it gently off the board and rotating it 180 degrees. If you have (yellow, green and black wires) see #5.
  5. Green (+Voltage) on top. Black (ground or GND) on bottom.

  7. Loosen the 3 appropriate small flathead screws (OPTO, GND, +Vdc). Pull out the 3 associated wires. Insert the appropriate new labeled wires to the OPTO (yellow), Ground (black) and Power(+Vdc, green).
  8. Remove the USB/LED metal bracket from the controller box via (2) screws. Remove the USB/LED circuit board from the metal bracket via (4) screws. Install the new USB/LED circuit board to the metal bracket via (4) screws.

  9. Secure the metal bracket and USB/LED circuit board to the controller box via (2) screws.
  10. Secure the PCB to the base via (4) screws and (4) plastic risers. *Note the orientation to the motor. Reconnect all 5 wire connectors.

   12. Using the included USB cable, connect your turntable with your PC/ laptop.

   13. You should have (3) leftover parts.
