Problem:
I got the 4" small turntable and it does not work.had purchased the Iconasys Jewelry Photography Turntable and I cannot get it to work.
*Note, this if for the old version of the Iconasys 360 Jewelry Photography Turntable (purchased from 2014-2018) that was built on an Arduino PC Board.

- For Shutter Stream 2.1, download and install the Arduino plugin. For Shutter Stream 3.0+, no need to install the plugin.
- If needed, install the Arduino app for testing.
