I purchased Shutter Stream (360) or an extension to my support for Shutter Stream (360) and I need help registering the product.

| Please note that the license file for each copy of the Shutter Stream software is not transferable from computer to computer or from user to user on the same computer. You cannot provide the serial number from one computer to generate a Tutum file and then use the generated Tutum file on a second computer. Similarly, you cannot generate the serial number off of one user on the same computer and use it on a second user on the same computer. You must generate the serial number off of the same user and computer as the user and computer you are planning to register the Shutter Stream software on. |

Please note that the serial number changes every time you view it. This is for security purposes and you do not need to be worried about it or to try to keep the dialog box open until you receive the license file. The license file will work with either serial number as long as the serial number is generated by the same computer and user account that you are trying to add the license file to. |
