Problem: The 360 Product View Creator software has expired.

When you launch the software, you see this page:

Reason: User had not sent serial number within 10 days of software install. Per instructions on page 1 of user guide (under 2. Registering Software (registration instructions here), we request users sent this at time of install.

Solution: You will need to register the software by submitting registration OR sending the serial number into an email to support@iconasys.com - the request a license file.

Steps:

Option 1 (suggested): Registering the Software (internet connection required / no firewall blocking submission of registration form):

  1. Select Full License Type option
  2. Fill out the registration form in its entirety and submit (instructions here).
  3. Click OK to submit
  4. You will receive a confirmation pop-up after the registration has been submitted successfully
  5. (optional - but suggested if in urgent need): Email support@iconasys.com
    Subject: Please send my 360 View Creator License File
    Body: I have just submitted registered the 360 View Creator Software. It is currently expired and I am in need of my license file so I can continue using the software. Thank you, NAME

Option 2: Send email to support@iconasys.com with serial number:

  1. Highlight the entire serial number (double check to make sure serial number has completely been highlighted - it will show with a blue hue overtop of it)
  2. Copy the serial number (Windows Ctrl+C / Mac: Command+C)
  3. Paste into a new email (Windows: Ctrl+V / Mac: Command+V) 
  4. Send email to support@iconasys.com :
    Subject: Registering the 360 View Creator Software
    Body: I need help registering the 360 View Creator Software. The serial number is: (PASTE SERIAL NUMBER HERE).
    It is currently expired and I am in need of my license file so I can continue using the software. The software was purchased on (INSERT PURCHASE DATE) under the name (INSERT PURCHASERS NAME).
    Thank you, NAME

Within 24 hours, users can expect an email with a valid license file for the software. Note, this will only work for the 360 View Creator Software on the PC the serial number was sent from. If you require this license file ASAP, feel free to email support@iconasys.com to notify this request has been sent so we can expedite your request. 

*IMPORTANT* If you are registering a software with an email address/name/company name not used at the time of purchase, please include your purchase info.

After License File Email is Received:

Installing License File: Instructions on how to install the license file (tutum) will be included in the license file email. Users will need to save the attached file locally on their computer, then import it in to the software.

Steps

  1. Copy and save the 'tutum' file locally on your computer (DO NOT open file - simply save it)
  2. Launch the 360 View Creator Software
  3. Immediately after software launch you will see a pop-up screen with Registration. Click the tab (top left of pop-up window) called 'Serial Number' This screen will show a message: 'Invalid license file detected'
  4. Click 'Import license file' button
  5.  On the window that pops up, click ‘Choose License File’
  6.  Import the tutum file that you had saved locally
  7. Click OK
  8. After doing so, the software will automatically shut down. At re-launch the software will be fully functional.
  9. (optional) You can now remove the tutum file you had saved locally
